> How to use FortisArena's internal wallet (no external wallet needed!)

# Wallet Setup Guide

> **No MetaMask. No Trust Wallet. No Seed Phrases. Platform provides everything.**

FortisArena has its own **internal wallet system** that is automatically created when you sign up. You don't need any external Web3 wallet to use the platform.

### Your UID (User Identifier)

Instead of complex wallet addresses, you get a simple UID:

## Sending & Receiving

### Send to Another User (Internal)

### Receive from Another User

Just share your UID: `FORTIS-UID-XXXX`

Sender will:

1. Enter your UID
2. Select asset
3. Send amount
4. You receive instantly

### Withdraw to External Wallet

### Connecting External Wallet (Optional)

If you want to connect MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.:

## Common Questions

### Do I need MetaMask?

**No!** MetaMask is completely optional:

* ✅ Internal wallet works for everything
* ✅ Deposits/withdrawals work without MetaMask
* ✅ Staking works with internal wallet
* ✅ Only use MetaMask if you need external DeFi access

### What if FortisArena shuts down?

**Your on-chain funds are safe:**

* FRT/FPT are on blockchain (BSC)
* Your ownership is recorded on-chain
* Can withdraw to external wallet anytime
* Fiat balances are held in regulated accounts

### Can I see my private key?

**No!** And this is a **security feature**:

* Private keys are distributed across secure nodes
* Users don't need to manage them
* Hacking risk is significantly reduced
* Professional security management

### Is there a mobile wallet app?

**In Development!** The FortisArena mobile app will include full wallet access:

* iOS and Android
* Same features as web
* Biometric security

### Can I have multiple wallets?

**One UID per account**, but you can:

* Connect multiple external wallets
* Use same UID across devices
* Transfer between your own wallets

## Troubleshooting

### Deposit Not Showing

| Check             | Solution                          |
| :---------------- | :-------------------------------- |
| **Confirmations** | Wait for 15+ BSC confirmations    |
| **Network**       | Ensure sent on BSC (not Ethereum) |
| **Address**       | Double-check deposit address      |
| **Time**          | Up to 30 minutes is normal        |

### Withdrawal Stuck

| **Completed**  | Sent successfully   | Check destination wallet  |

### Can't Access Wallet

1. **Check login** — Correct email/password?
2. **Verify account** — Email confirmed?
3. **Clear cache** — Try incognito mode
