Staking in FortisArena is about **unlocking platform features** and demonstrating commitment, not earning financial returns. Both FRT and FPT can be staked for different utility benefits.

Your staking dashboard shows:

You can unstake early, but there are consequences:

### Do I earn more tokens by staking?

**No.** Staking FRT or FPT does NOT generate more tokens. There is no APY, no yield, no interest. You stake to unlock platform features and benefits.

### What's the difference between FRT and FPT staking?

### Can I lose my staked tokens?

Only in these situations:

1. **Early unstaking** → 10-20% penalty
2. **Reputation slashing** (FRT only) → If your org violates rules
