Data Deletion Policy

1. Overview

FortisArena respects your right to request deletion of your personal information. This Data Deletion Policy explains how FortisArena users can request deletion of their FortisArena account and associated personal information, including information received through Meta/Facebook Login. This policy applies to FortisArena accounts and information controlled by FortisArena. It does not control information independently maintained by Meta, public blockchains, or other third-party services.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your FortisArena account and associated personal information in either of the following ways:

Option 2 — Email

Send your request to: privacy@fortisarena.io Use the subject: FortisArena Data Deletion Request Please include enough information for us to identify your FortisArena account, such as your registered email address or FortisArena UID. Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, government identity documents, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email unless specifically requested through a secure verification process.

3. Meta / Facebook Login Users

If you created or accessed your FortisArena account using Meta/Facebook Login, you can use the same deletion process described above. When a verified deletion request is received, FortisArena will process deletion of applicable personal information associated with your FortisArena account, including applicable information received from Meta/Facebook. This may include information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Profile picture
• Meta/Facebook account identifier
• Other Meta/Facebook information that was authorized and received by FortisArena

The exact information subject to deletion depends on what information was actually provided to FortisArena and what information must legally or operationally be retained. FortisArena does not sell Meta/Facebook information.

4. Verification of Requests

To protect users against unauthorized deletion requests, we may need to verify that the person making the request controls the relevant FortisArena account. Depending on the circumstances, verification may involve:

• Confirmation from the account’s registered email address
• Account authentication
• FortisArena UID
• Other reasonable account-verification information

We will not request passwords, seed phrases, or private cryptographic keys for the purpose of verifying a data-deletion request.

5. What Happens After a Verified Request

After verifying your request, FortisArena will:

1. Identify the relevant FortisArena account and associated personal information.
2. Review the information to determine what can be deleted.
3. Delete or anonymize applicable personal information from active systems.
4. Process applicable information received through Meta/Facebook Login for deletion.
5. Remove or disable the relevant FortisArena account where account deletion has been requested.
6. Retain only information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.

Deletion may not always be immediate because some information may exist in backups, security logs, legal records, or other systems subject to legitimate retention requirements.

6. Information That May Need to Be Retained

Certain information may not be immediately deleted where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required for:

• Legal and regulatory compliance
• KYC/AML obligations
• Accounting and financial records
• Fraud prevention
• Security investigations
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of agreements
• Protection of FortisArena, its users, or third parties

Where information is retained for one of these purposes, access and processing will be limited to the purpose for which retention is necessary.

7. Blockchain Information

Some FortisArena functionality may interact with public blockchains. Information recorded on a public blockchain, such as:

• Wallet addresses
• Transaction hashes
• Transaction amounts
• Blockchain timestamps
• Other on-chain transaction information

may be publicly accessible and permanently recorded. Because public blockchain records are generally immutable, FortisArena cannot delete or modify information that has already been recorded on a public blockchain. Deleting your FortisArena account does not remove historical blockchain records.

8. Public FortisArena Content

If you have published content on FortisArena, such as posts, comments, tournament activity, or public profile information, account deletion may result in the removal or anonymization of information associated with your account where technically and legally possible. Some information may remain visible where it is:

• Required for tournament integrity or historical competition records
• Already independently copied or referenced by other users
• Recorded on a public blockchain
• Required to be retained under applicable law

9. Meta’s Independent Data

This deletion process applies to information that FortisArena controls. Meta may independently retain or process information according to its own policies and systems. FortisArena cannot delete information that is independently maintained by Meta. If you want to manage or delete information held directly by Meta, you may need to use Meta’s own privacy and account controls.

10. Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. The time required may depend on:

• The complexity of the request
• The amount of information involved
• Verification requirements
• Legal or regulatory retention obligations
• Backup and security systems

If additional time is reasonably required, we may notify you of the reason.

11. Deletion Confirmation

Once the deletion request has been processed, FortisArena may send a confirmation to the verified contact method associated with the request. Where certain information must be retained, the confirmation may explain the general category and reason for the continued retention where appropriate.

12. Deletion Does Not Automatically Reverse Transactions

Deleting your FortisArena account does not automatically reverse:

• Completed tournament results
• Completed payments
• Completed withdrawals
• Completed transfers
• Blockchain transactions
• Other transactions that have already been processed

Where applicable, users should resolve outstanding balances or transactions before requesting account deletion.
