We do not claim access to information that our application does not request or that Meta does not make available to the application.

2. Create, connect, and maintain your FortisArena account

We do not sell information obtained through Meta/Facebook Login. We do not use information obtained through Meta/Facebook Login for purposes unrelated to providing or operating the FortisArena services described in this Privacy Policy. We do not request Meta/Facebook permissions merely to obtain information that is not needed for a FortisArena feature.

3.3 Meta/Facebook Data Sharing

We may use infrastructure and service providers that process information on our behalf, such as hosting, database, security, authentication, and other technical service providers necessary to operate FortisArena. We do not sell Meta/Facebook information or provide it to third parties for independent advertising or unrelated commercial purposes. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect the security and integrity of FortisArena and its users.

3.4 Meta/Facebook Data Retention

We retain information obtained through Meta/Facebook Login only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant FortisArena account or service, maintain security, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you disconnect Meta/Facebook Login or request deletion of your FortisArena account, we will process the relevant information for deletion in accordance with the account deletion provisions of this Privacy Policy, subject to information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.

Where applicable, deletion will include information associated with your FortisArena account that we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain. If you used Meta/Facebook Login, requesting deletion of your FortisArena account will also initiate the deletion process for information received from Meta/Facebook that is associated with your FortisArena account, subject to applicable legal, security, and fraud-prevention retention requirements.

4. FortisArena Wallet System

4.1 UID System (Internal Identifiers)

FortisArena uses a UID (User Identifier) system for certain internal transactions and platform functionality:

• Your UID: FORTIS-UID-XXXX format
• Used for: Internal transfers, tips, rewards, and related platform functionality
• Visibility: May be publicly visible on your profile where the relevant feature is enabled

Where FortisArena provides MPC-based wallet functionality:

4.3 Blockchain Data

For supported on-chain transactions:

• Public Blockchain Data: Wallet addresses and transaction hashes may be recorded on a public blockchain and may be permanently visible.
• Internal Ledger: UID-to-UID transfers may be recorded in FortisArena’s internal systems.
• User Control: Where withdrawals are supported, users may withdraw assets to supported external wallet addresses.

Blockchain data that has already been recorded on a public blockchain generally cannot be deleted or altered by FortisArena.

Public blockchain information is an exception because transactions recorded on public blockchains may be visible to anyone.

Where applicable, users should withdraw or otherwise resolve account balances before account closure. Some information may be retained where required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, required to resolve disputes, necessary to enforce agreements, or otherwise permitted by applicable law. Important: Information already recorded on a public blockchain cannot generally be deleted or altered by FortisArena.

16. Meta / Facebook Data Deletion Request

If you accessed FortisArena using Meta/Facebook Login and want your associated FortisArena account and personal information deleted, submit a request through: https://docs.fortisarena.io/legal/data-deletion or email: privacy@fortisarena.io Your request may be verified before processing. Once verified, FortisArena will process the deletion of applicable personal information associated with your account, subject to information that we are legally required or permitted to retain. Information that exists independently on Meta’s systems or on a public blockchain is not controlled by FortisArena. Requests concerning information processed directly by Meta may need to be made to Meta through its own privacy controls.
