Tournament Policies

Tournament Overview

FortisArena Asia Cup S1 PUBG Mobile is an independently organized competitive LAN event created to connect verified teams, regional talent, gaming communities, and esports partners across Asia. The tournament is designed around:
  • Professional PUBG Mobile competition standards
  • Transparent registration and team approval workflows
  • LAN-ready operations, check-ins, and match administration
  • Official invitation planning for teams across 24 Asian countries
  • One approved team slot per invited country
  • Regional participation with a focus on competitive legitimacy
  • A structured esports ecosystem for players, teams, creators, and communities
Tournament format, invited teams, qualifier paths, match count, point tables, prize structure, and final schedule may be published in separate official notices. If a conflict exists, the latest official FortisArena notice controls that operational detail.

Eligibility Policy

Participants must be legitimate PUBG Mobile players using accurate identity, team, and contact information. Eligibility requirements include:
  • Players must be at least 16 years old by the first official tournament match date.
  • Players must provide complete and truthful registration information.
  • Players may be required to verify identity, age, region, device, account ownership, and team role.
  • Players must use their own PUBG Mobile account unless FortisArena gives written approval for a replacement account.
  • Players must comply with PUBG Mobile terms, account rules, and any applicable platform or publisher requirements.
  • Teams must meet regional eligibility requirements announced for Asia Cup S1, including invitation or approval criteria for the 24-country Asian competition structure.
  • FortisArena may reject, waitlist, suspend, or remove an entry if information is incomplete, suspicious, false, or unverifiable.
Players are responsible for checking local legal restrictions, travel requirements, parental or guardian consent where applicable, and any platform or publisher account obligations before registering.
Age and consent notice: players must be 16+. If a player is below the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, FortisArena may require written parent or legal guardian consent, additional identity verification, and an approved adult representative for LAN attendance.

Invitation & Country Scope Policy

FortisArena Asia Cup S1 is planned as a 24-country Asian competition structure with one approved team slot per invited country. Country invitations, direct invites, qualifier access, replacement rules, and country-specific eligibility requirements may be announced through official FortisArena notices. Country scope rules include:
  • A country invitation does not automatically approve every team from that country.
  • Each invited country is expected to receive one final approved team slot unless FortisArena announces a change.
  • Teams must satisfy invitation, registration, verification, roster, travel, and conduct requirements.
  • FortisArena may adjust country slots, invited countries, replacement teams, or qualification paths for operational, legal, publisher, travel, visa, or integrity reasons.
  • If a country, team, or player becomes unavailable, FortisArena may invite a replacement team or reallocate the slot.
  • Players may be asked to prove residency, citizenship, regional eligibility, or account region where required.

Why Only One Team Per Country?

FortisArena Asia Cup S1 is designed as a high-level regional invitational structure focused on competitive balance, regional representation, and national-level rivalry across Asia. This format helps:
  • Keep the tournament elite and easier to understand for fans
  • Give each invited country meaningful representation
  • Reduce slot inflation, duplicate teams, and low-commitment entries
  • Create stronger regional storylines for broadcasts, sponsors, and communities
  • Preserve competitive balance across the 24-country Asia Circuit
FortisArena may publish separate country qualifier, invitation, or selection criteria to explain how each countryโ€™s final team is decided.

Official Communication Policy

Only announcements published through official FortisArena channels are considered valid for Asia Cup S1. Official channels include:
  • Official FortisArena website
  • Official FortisArena Discord

FortisArena may open registration in phases to protect event quality and reduce slot abuse. Priority registration may include:
  • Early access for FortisArena community members
  • Priority slot reservation for verified teams or approved community partners

  • Priority review during registration windows

Registration is complete only when FortisArena confirms all required details, payment records, team information, and verification checks. Items not confirmed in writing remain the teamโ€™s responsibility.

Rules Sections

Team & Roster Policy

Each PUBG Mobile team must assign one captain as the official point of contact. Team rules include:
  • The captain is responsible for team communication, schedule compliance, document submission, and roster accuracy.
  • A standard PUBG Mobile squad is expected to include four active players, with substitute limits announced in the final tournament format.
  • Roster lock dates will be announced before the competitive stage begins.
  • Substitutions after roster lock require admin approval and may be denied.
  • A player may not compete for multiple teams in the same tournament stage.
  • Team names, logos, jerseys, and public identities must not include hateful, illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
  • FortisArena may request live identity, device, account, or attendance verification at any time.
If a team member becomes unavailable, the captain must notify FortisArena immediately. Unapproved replacements may lead to match forfeiture or team disqualification.

Device, Account & LAN Policy

PUBG Mobile players must compete using approved devices, approved accounts, and approved tournament settings. LAN requirements may include:
  • Players must bring a tournament-ready mobile device unless FortisArena announces provided devices.
  • Devices must be updated, charged, stable, and free from unauthorized software or suspicious tools.
  • External triggers, unauthorized controllers, macros, modified clients, or unapproved assistive hardware are prohibited.
  • VPNs, DNS manipulation, proxy tools, screen mirroring tools, automation apps, and background tools may be restricted or banned.
  • Players may be asked to show running apps, device settings, network status, account profile, match history, and in-game configuration.
  • SIM cards, mobile data, Wi-Fi access, and network usage must follow venue and admin instructions.
  • FortisArena may require players to use a specified room, server, map, perspective, spectator delay, scoring format, or lobby setting.
Refusal to cooperate with device, account, or LAN checks may result in match penalties, forfeiture, removal from the venue, or disqualification.

Match Rules

Teams must follow all published schedules, lobby procedures, room credentials, and admin instructions. Match rules include:
  • Teams must check in before the announced deadline.
  • Players must join the lobby using the approved PUBG Mobile account and in-game name.
  • Room IDs and passwords must not be shared outside the approved roster.
  • Teams are responsible for stable devices, internet, battery, updates, and audio setup.
  • Late arrival, wrong account use, lobby disruption, or failure to follow admin instructions may result in penalties.
  • Match restarts are granted only by FortisArena admins based on official tournament criteria.
  • Screenshots, match recordings, kill feeds, scoreboards, and admin logs may be used to verify disputes.
Technical issues are reviewed case by case. FortisArena is not required to restart a match for individual lag, device failure, app crash, low battery, accidental disconnect, or local network issues. Match disputes must be raised by the team captain within the official dispute window announced for that stage. If no dispute window is announced, disputes should be submitted as soon as possible and before the next match begins. Late disputes may be rejected. Valid dispute evidence may include:
  • Full-screen screenshots or recordings
  • Match ID, room ID, player ID, and timestamp
  • Clear explanation of the alleged issue
  • Relevant admin messages or lobby evidence
Edited, cropped, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable evidence may be rejected.

Broadcast Delay Policy

FortisArena may apply stream delays, spectator delays, restricted viewing rules, limited observer access, or delayed public score updates to protect competitive integrity and reduce stream sniping risks. Broadcast delay rules may include:
  • Delayed official livestreams or match feeds
  • Restricted spectator slots for non-playing users
  • Admin-controlled observer access
  • Delayed public release of room information, standings, or sensitive match data
  • Removal of any viewer, creator, or team representative suspected of sharing live match information

Before Match

Check schedule, confirm roster, update PUBG Mobile, charge devices, and join the official communication channel.

During Match

Follow lobby instructions, avoid disruptive chat, play only from approved accounts, and preserve evidence for disputes.

After Match

Captains must remain available for result checks, admin questions, and score verification.

FortisArena treats competitive integrity as a core tournament requirement. Any attempt to gain unfair advantage may lead to immediate penalty, match forfeiture, prize forfeiture, public disqualification notice, platform suspension, and future event bans. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Prize payouts may be delayed for verification, dispute review, fraud checks, sponsor settlement, or compliance requirements.
  • Prizes may be forfeited for cheating, account sharing, false identity, match fixing, chargebacks, or serious conduct violations.

Prize amounts, payout dates, currency, deductions, and required documents will be confirmed through official FortisArena tournament announcements.

Schedule Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

FortisArena may reschedule, modify, pause, cancel, or merge tournament stages when required for operational, legal, safety, technical, venue, publisher, sponsor, weather, security, or force majeure reasons. Examples include:
